City Quay lies immediately east of the Central Waterfront, occupying a 10.5 hectares including the Apex Hotel, Customs House for hotel/leisure development, 750 new homes and apartments, 20,000 sqm of office space and a potential marina.

This plot will be 2,765 sqm and available from August 2016.
