Scottish Enterprise and Dundee City Council have agreed to prepare masterplans for the five development zones that make up the wider waterfront - Riverside, Seabraes Yards, Central waterfront, City Quay and Port.

As part of this process it was agreed that it would be helpful to have some external expertise to deal with the potential use of the docks in City Quay. Accordingly Scottish Enterprise have appointed Marina Projects Ltd (partnered by tourism consultants TEAM) to undertake the City Quay Masterplan Study. The study will be completed early 2012.
